You’ll find Amber and Sully in Kalimdor, near Skull Rock, at a place called the Dranosh’ar Blockade.
Quest Objectives
Secure passage to Kalimdor from Gleep Chatterswitch at the Shrine of Seven Stars. Then speak with Amber Kearnen, who is scouting Bladefist Bay near Skull Rock in Durotar.
Dialogue
Lorewalker Cho: So! Even as the Alliance binds itself ever closer together, the Horde is ripping itself apart.
My friend, something is about to give. I wish I could experience the next chapter of the story, but alas, I am just the storyteller.

You: Why are you and Sully out here?
Amber Kearnen (SI:7): The High King has no intention of letting Garrosh continue his mad campagin. It is costing too many innocent lives.
We are here to look for vulnerabilities in Orgrimmar’s defenses. The sort of vulnerabilities that an Alliance army could take advantage of.
Unfortunately, it looks like Garrosh has not been idle. He has stepped up recruitment of Kor’kron and turned them into a full-fledged war machine.
You: What are the Kor’kron?
Amber Kearnen (SI:7): They used to be an elite band of orcs created to serve the Warchief as protectors and enforcers of his command.
Now they are an army of incredibly well trained destroyers. Garrosh’s personal legion.

Amber Kearnen (SI:7): (Name)! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have some backup!
King Wrynn himself sent us to gather intel on Garrosh’s activities and Orgrimmar’s defenses, but… things are looking grim.
