Does the name Prime Minister Kevin Rudd rings a bell? No? Me either. A check up on ever-informative “coughs” and reliable wikipedia reveals:

The Prime Minister of Australia is the head of government of the Commonwealth of Australia, holding office on commission from the Governor-General. The office of Prime Minister is, in practice, the most powerful political office in Australia. The current Prime Minister of Australia is Kevin Rudd.

On the US and Europe he might not be known. Yet his 14-year old son made the tabloids and jump to fame in USA via Joystiq and News.com.au—how’s that?
