Blizzard fulfills Dream for a Make-A-Wish Boy

Ezra and his father lost their house to a fire some time ago, and the insurance money was used in part to buy a computer and internet connection. This allowed his father to spend some time with his son, playing World of Warcraft together.

Fifth-grader Ezra Chatteron was diagnosed with a life-threatening brain tumor. Make-A-Wish Foundation asked the boy what would be his dream wish. Ezra wished to meet Blizzard Developers and to let him create his very own NPC. Blizzard granted the child’s wish. Not only did Ezra spent seven hours around Blizzard Headquarters at Irvine, California—he was granted to create his NPC Ahab Wheathoof (Old Rancher) along with his dog, and Blizzard recorded Ezra’s voice acting lines for the NPC.
