Blizzcon 2009 WoW: Cataclysm to change Player’s Stats

I don’t have a in-depth knowledge of this since I missed the panel, but Maticus from Worldofwar.net told me Ghostcrawler revealed Attack power, defense, MP5, and penetration … all of that will be gone from player’s gear stats in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. Even Hunter’s Intellect will be gone, replaced by a new feature named Focus.

There is probably more changes. I really have no idea what Blizzard has planned to replace all of those stats with.

Well that’s why I said it would be gone from player’s gear stats. I guess I should have specified they are still around merged with other stats as bonus stats. Like 1 Agility gives you +2 Attack power (or something like that).

I recorded the WoW Class panels which explains is more in depth. I will have that video up sometime this week. I’m stuff right now uploading a raw 5GB video to the Incgamers folks. These are the Diablo panel videos.
