Christie Golden just confirmed she will be at BlizzCon both days through August 3-4. Christie will be sharing a panel with Richard A. Knaak and Chris Metzen. Check out Blizzplanet in the following days. Draiken will have a short interview with Christie Golden on video, as well as coverage video of Fantasy Flight Games, Jim Lee, and other surprises. She is writer of World of Warcraft: Rise of the Horde, Warcraft: Lord of the Clans and Starcraft: The Dark Templar trilogy—a prelude to the Starcraft II storyline. You should read book one. Anaheim on August 3-4. So far, I’m scheduled to be on a panel with Chris Metzen and Richard Knaak about our contributions to the worlds of Warcraft and StarCraft. I told them that I’d be willing to do a lot more, so we’ll see if they work me as hard as they should. Regardless, believe me, I’m as much of a fan as any of you so look for me in the audiences at panels, wandering the halls, and playing the games! Please feel free to come up and introduce yourself and tell me about what character you play—I’d especially love to hear from you RPers out there. I won’t be revealing who I play so that I can continue to keep my privacy, so you never know…you might have grouped with me in one incarnation or another. See you there!
