- UPDATE – Sat, Sept 29, 2012-4:50pm EST: A fan alerted me about his experience, and I quickly contacted an Amazon representative via Chat. The digital product is at the moment only available for Kindle Fire and Kindle Android. These are NOT yet available: Amazon Cloud, iOS, Amazon Kindle PC/Mac. If you were among the fans who purchased it and don’t have a Kindle Fire or Kindle Android, request a refund by reaching Amazon Contact (Choose Chat for a live representative). Read further details below at the comments section.
DC Comics recently published the hardcover graphic novel titled World of Warcraft: Pearl of Pandaria by Micky Neilson (Blizzard Lead Publishing) and Sean “Cheeks” Galloway (artist).
World of Warcraft: Pearl of Pandaria is now available as a digital download for Kindle Fire and Kindle Android to local and international fans who wish to learn the story of Li Li Stormstout and her adventures throughout Azeroth prior to the Mists of Pandaria MMO expansion. To clarify, this story is not seen anywhere in-game.

WRONG… Not compatible with Kindle for iOS or Kindle Cloud players. Had to return my digital copy to Amazon this morning because I don’t have a device that can “view” it.
From the Item’s sell page:
-Kindle Fire
-Kindle for Android
Hi Hasteur. Many thanks for bringing this up to my attention. I contacted Amazon right away to research details of your experience.
The Amazon representative confirmed World of Warcraft: Pearl of Pandaria is only available for Kindle Fire and Kindle for Android at the moment.
However, there is a mistake on the Amazon page that will be addressed by Amazon soon. This is why I posted the product was available for Kindle Cloud (Firefox/Chrome/Safari) and via the non-Kindle device apps.
The page says all the way at the top-center: “Start reading World of Warcraft: Pearl of Pandaria on your Kindle for PC instantly, no Kindle device required. Don’t have a Kindle app? Get yours for free.”
When the representative told me the product was only available for Kindle Fire and Kindle Android, I alerted him the page says [the quotes above] — implying it’s also available for Kindle PC.
This will be corrected by Amazon. I apologize you couldn’t view this product on iOS or Amazon Cloud. I’ll keep an eye for when those options become available.
I also apologize for posting about this and bringing your hope high. It was both outside our control.
For those who can’t wait for the Kindle edition, this is available via iBooks as well on iOS devices.
