The Sons of the Storm website has been updated recently adding artwork by Glenn Rane. Glenn is the artist of book covers such as Diablo: Moon of the Spider, Starcraft: Queen of Blades, World of Warcraft: Cycle of Hatred, World of Warcraft: Rise of the Horde, and Starcraft Ghost: Nova to name a few. Other artwork by Glenn Rane are the Naxxramas and Ahn’Qiraj promotional artwork, the Burning Crusade box art’s Blood Elf and Draenei variations, and female Blood Elf. The latest artwork of his authorship is the book cover of World of Warcraft: Tides of Darkness due August 2997. The Raneman is here to stay.
Most of Rane’s artwork was showcased in the Burning Crusade Collector’s Edition within the pages of the Art of World of Warcraft book. Glenn Rane and René Koiter will be present at Blizzcon 2007 through August 3-5. Check out the new Artwork of Glenn Rane and René of Twincruiser Here
Twincruiser: “For three whole months his gallery has been in production but it has been well worth the wait! We now proudly introduce to you our fifth Son! Bang on those war drums and put your flippers together, it’s time to raise hell for the Raneman!
Cosmically radiated, zombie-repellant and shielded against kryptonite, he puts sci-fantasy nancies like Superman, Starman and Rayman to toal shame with his transcendent powers of creations. The Sons of the Storm were strong before, but are now tougher than a Tatooine twin sun-dried Bantha poodoo!
All hail brother Raneman!
*P.S. The con of all cons has been announced, Blizzcon 2007. I couldn’t make it two years ago, but I will certainly be present at this one, supporting my fellow Sons of the Storm and those loyal to Thrall, Rock on, Blizzcon!”
