The Horde Base in Northrend is the Warsong Hold, located in the Borean Tundra to the southwestern area of Northrend.  The Son of Grom Hellscream has moved from Nagrand (Outland) to Northrend, and is now at the Warsong Holdm showing that the story in the MMORPG is progressing, rather than completely static.
