Many fans might have already read the World of Warcraft: Curse of the Worgen comic book mini-series. Others might have missed it last year.
The World of Warcraft: Curse of the Worgen (Hardcover) will be on sale this upcoming October 12, 2011. It collects all the 5-issues of the mini-series.
I’ll like to gather community questions about Curse of the Worgen to forward them to the authors Micky Neilson and James Waugh. I hope the hardcover has a good reception. It’s worthwhile and packed with good lore. Some of it comes straight from the level 1-15 Worgen class questline experience, the origin and past of the curse of the Worgen, and situations that happened behind-the-scenes simultaneously as we played through the early Gilneas quests.

First off, gratz to you Mister waugh for the awesome series, i loved every bit of it.
Question 1: Do you plan to continue the story untill your short story ‘Lord of his Pack’?
Question 2: In your story i think there was a hint of a romance… between Liam and Lorna, will we see any consequences of that? Like a baby or a hatred towards the Forsaken?
Question 3: In your story there was a character called ‘Cox’ and he partially reminded me of a entertainer on the internet called Jesse Cox from OMFGCATA where he became popular with doing the beta for WoW, including the Worgen starter zone. Was that intentional?
Last Question: Who came up with the idea of a Werewolf with a tophat? You or Blizzard because really…that was awesome. 😀
Thanks for your time.
1) Do you think Curse of the Worgen, including “Lord of his Pack” and Wolfheart detailed enough or all of Gilneas’ background in their years of seclusion from the outside world since the Second War? At least for now, or do you think there possible further Worgen literature/lore threads that can be perhaps fill out the Gilneas’s isolation?
2) Where there other protagonist and antagonist characters concepts you though worthy before scrapping them for Halford Ramsey and Ralaar Fangfire/Alpha Prime etcetera. Have any the drop characters reappeared in Cataclysm?
3) Will the upcoming World of Warcraft: Dark Riders finally conclude any the earlier WOW Worgen material? (e.g. Story of the Dark Riders, Jitters, Velinde Starsong, Karazhan, the speculated Scythe of Elune bearer the Grizzly Hill trapper Ivan)
