The Starcraft II Beta offers the entire tech tree for each race through the Help button located on the top-left of the screen within a game. It opens a popup screen with the following tabs: Tips, Tutorials, Tech Tree and Units. For now the first two are disabled in beta, but you can access Tech Tree and Units to get thorough details of each building.
When hovering your cursor over each building a popup informs you the upgrades you can research from each building and the units you may create by creating a building.
