I just contacted my local Barnes & Noble store. The book is already at warehouses pending distribution to stores. It will arrive to my store in two days (Thursday). As for the Q&A with Christie Golden, now that Starcraft 2 was officially unveiled, we are pending approval by Blizzard Public Relations.
