For those of you that have wondered that the new battleground level ranges will be for the Burning Crusade:

AV: L61 – L70 (in addition to the old 51-60 level range)
WSG: L60-69 + L70 (in addition to the old 50-59 level range)
AB: L60-69 + L70 (in addition to the old 50-59 level range)

For the people who are thinking that if you don’t have the Burning Crusade, that you are screwed, think again. After the launch of TBC, Blizzard will implement a feature called matching system. Matching system will make sure you will be against an equal geared (or close) opponent.

Or in other words, it won’t almost occur that you will be playing against a level 70 in full tier 4 or a level 64 with TBC gear.
