Sideshow Collectibles featured the making of the Blood Elf vs. Draenei Diorama on their recent Sideshow Radio Podcast. The webmaster interviewed the Creative Team behind the sculpting of this diorama and explain the development process from concept art to getting their hands dirty recreating every detail and texture. The concept art was unveiled by Blizzard Entertainment a couple of years ago at BlizzCon 2005 in Anaheim Convention Center during their official announcement of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.
This won’t be the only diorama to be developed by Sideshow Collectibles. Few months ago they confirmed they have plans for new ones based on the World of Warcraft franchise. No further details of when these will be announced.
