Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica) posted, yesterday, via Twitter she was voicing Kerrigan for the upcoming StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm.
It seems the StarCraft II sequel is on track for release this Summer 2012.

Tricia: “Voicing some #Starcraft today. Kerrigan/Queen is so fun. Bet some of you wish I’d take a pic of the script : ) #fb”
“No…not allowed to show the #Starcraft script!!”
Tricia recorded another voicing session a few weeks ago on December 19, 2011.
- Tricia: “Just finished a #SC2:HoTS voice session. Such good stuff for Kerrigan!!”

Yay! 🙂
I’d rather see any extra picture of her than any sentence from the script.
This just serves to remind me that I’ll have to spend all of HotS listening to Helfer underperforming as Kerrigan.
If only Blizz had kept Talken on as Kerrigan. If only…
Personally, I had wished Glynnis to keep her role. She’s awesome. I interviewed her a couple of times, and we kept in contact from time to time.
Glynnis even shipped a signed copy of one of her books, and a gift. Very nice person. I really wish her good vibe. In the meantime, we have Tricia Helfer as Kerrigan. It’s not her fault, or really anyone’s fault. So, I’d say let’s give her the opportunity to flesh out the character.
In Wings of Liberty she didn’t really have much screen time. HOTS is all Kerrigan. We’ll have better judgment there.
