The World of Warcraft Annual Pass is now available to Russia, Switzerland, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and it seems the Blizzard Legal Department might be reaching out several countries to extend the Annual Pass to more subscribers.

For a limited time only, players who make a 12-month subscription commitment to World of Warcraft through the WoW Annual Pass will receive the following epic rewards:
Diablo III FREE – Download the digital version via Battle.net for free when the game launches. This is the full game, not a trial edition.

There’s a big difference in paying 77 dollars and paying 77 reais (it’s 44 dollars or 32 euros)
I’m not sure if people in other places around the world can do that too, but you could try if you have an international card… change your address to Brazil, and pay the game with reais. (Not available yet)
